Regular Service:  All metered residential, commercial and industrial sewer service customers shall pay a fixed service charge quarterly based upon the number of units served in accordance with the following rate schedule:

                      12    5+ Family Dwellings (Apts.)       $ 82.00

                      15    Commercial & Mix Use               $ 82.00

                      23    Nursing Homes (Bed)                 $ 82.00

                      25    Recreational Complexes            $ 82.00


In addition to the basic service charges set forth above, all sewer metered service customers shall be billed a net charge rate of $5.460, as registered by each meter installed, per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water used. Said net charge shall reflect the application of a 15% percent consumption credit for non-sanitary use to the gross charge rate of $6.420 per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water consumption per unit.

Sewer non-metered service customers shall be billed the average consumption for their user classification or may have a water meter installed on their well line, at an additional fee, for usage billing.
