Dog and cat licenses for 2007 are now available. License fees are $8.00 for dogs that are spayed and neutered, and $11.00 for all others. Cat licensing fees are $3.00 for cats that are spayed or neutered, and $5.00 for all others. Proof of rabies vaccination, and of spaying or neutering, must be presented. A 2007 license will not be issued unless the animal's rabies vaccinations is valid through October 31, 2007. If your pet's rabies vaccination expires anytime between now and the aforementioned date you must have your pet vaccinated prior to licensing.

Residents may apply for a license at the Bloomingdale Municipal Complex located at 101 Hamburg Tpk., Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 1:00pm, and 2:00pm and 4;30pm. Residents who do not license their dogs and cats by January 31, 2007, may be subject to prosecution as provided by law and late fee of $5.00 per animal beginning February 1, 2007.
