The Bloomingdale Health Department is holding SMAC testing, a blood screening that is a comprehensive blood test that includes cholesterol (HDL/LDL, glucose and triglyceride levels and a CBC ,complete blood count on Monday, October 25, 2010 from 7:00 AM. and 10:00 AM at the Bloomingdale Fireman’s Hall, located at 97 Hamburg Turnpike.

Pre-registration is required, a fee of $20.00 is required.

Forms will be available starting October 4, 2010. Please call The Municipal Building at 973-838-0778 to determine where the forms can be picked up.
