The 2011 Dog and Cat Licenses renewals are being processed by mail. You can download the 2011 renewal form below. Forms are also available by calling (973) 838-0778 Ext. 237.

Please note all of the following documents must be returned to: T

by mail, marked “Animal License”, to process the license renewal.
(Note: If you no longer have the pet, please note on the license form and return to the Borough to update the records and stop further notices being mailed to you.)

The documents you send should include the following

• Completed Animal License Form (download below)
• Fee as follows:
• Dog
  • Spayed or neutered - $12.00
  • Unaltered - $15.00
• Cat
  • Spayed or neutered - $ 5.00
  • Unaltered - $ 8.00
• Rabies vaccination certificate valid through October 31, 2011 if not already on file in our office
• Stamped self addressed envelope.

Upon the license being renewed, a receipt, animal tag and the documents you mailed with the renewal application will be mailed back to you.

Renewals received as of March 1, 2011 are subject to a $10.00 late fee. And, residents who do not license their dogs and cats are subject to further fines as provided by law.
