PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Governing Body of the Borough of Bloomingdale will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, October 15, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 101 Hamburg Turnpike, Bloomingdale, New Jersey to continue the Work Session which was held on October 9, 2012 but was adjourned due to lack of quorum. The on the following agenda items will be discussed:

B. Discussion in regard to Best Practices
C. Report on operating and Financials for Animal Shelter
D. Discussion in regard to “Nightmare on Bailey Avenue”
E. Review of unauthorized bill from Borough Auditor on budget work
F. Review of unpaid former Borough Attorney bills
G. Status on Request for Proposals for hiring a planner for redevelop-
ment study on Union Avenue and Main Street
H. Status of new website; email archiving and bill paying options
I. Discussion in regard to status of 182 Union Avenue; Building
update on Grants, use and discussion
J. Status on installation of lights at Walter T. Bergen School; costs
and Engineering
K. Discussion in regard to Main Street properties beautification and
L. Status of Clothing Bin Permits
M. Discussion in regard to ordinance for delivery of soil and mulch by

waive flea market fee
G. Authorization to hire Jaimee Wenzel as part-time Animal Shelter
Assistant; not to exceed 30 hrs. at $12/hr.
H. Authorization to hire Jennifer Parrello as part-time Animal Shelter Assistant; not to exceed 25 hours at $10/hr.
I. Authorization for Change Order in the amount of $15,500 to
Alpine Painting for the Star Lake Water Tank for an upgrade of
the paint to coat the tank
J. Clint Roemmele 90 days Medical Disability
K. Acknowledgment from the NJDEP for approval of Recycling Yard.
